LIBA Launches Modern Business Incubation Center, Website As part of efforts to help build the capacity of the business community of Liberia and attract investors to the country’s business environment, the Liberia Business Association (LIBA), headed by the able leadership of Dee-Maxwell S. Kemayah, on Tuesday, September 4,2014, officially launched the Business Incubation Center and its Website. Giving his remark at a well attended program held at LIBA, opposite Paynesville City Hall, Weaver Street, he said since they took over the association it has been faced will the issue of capacity building of its members. The LIBA boss added that capacity building in an institution is very paramount to the growth and development of that institution. According to him, when the capacities of members are built, they can collectively work together to move the institution forward. “Capacity building is vital to the suitability of any institution,” he indicated. The Liberia Business Association President stated that the first phase of the incubation training will focus on providing training for members in the rural areas. According to him, the business incubation center and website that were launched will help their members have access to information about their business and also capacitate them to provide service to their customers.
