#LNdWDD FUTURE LAB pt. 2 During "Lange Nacht der Wissenschaften" many of our visitors took part in our future lab. They wrote down their hopes and their fears concerning mobile communication in 2020. What’s your favorite #App? That of course was one of the most discussed questions ;-) Apparently, the app #weatherForecast is the most important in everyday life. The time schedule of public transport #Öffi was mentioned, but of course also #WhatsApp and #Skype, what shows the need for realtime communication. #Dropbox, #Instagram and #Shazam were also among the favourites. #Spiegel and #Kindle permit the access to former printed, now digitalized products. #Mensax helps to preselect the lunch menu ;-) Some people also admitted: I do not have any app… Visitors also answered some further questions. A majority would not use #GoogleGlass. They also did not like that one could be localized by mobile phones (only in case of an emergency, as someone stated). Furthermore, most of them were not afraid of social media shitstorm, but were against to be scanned by the new US spy system #Prism. And what do you think?
