LOL i was digging in a trunk and found this poem I wrote in 2000, it was published a couple years later in a book of poetry. I dont normaly share my poetry mainly because i dont write it much, but here it is. IN A TIGERS HEART Once like the Eage I stood proud and free Yet not live in a cage for the world to see. What right does man have to keep me locked tight Away from my freedom, my land and my life. Once I was Many so strong and so vain Yet now I am few and my heart aches with pain. Each night I sit lone and I look to the stars I try to remember my life beond bars. I call to the heavons and pray for my pride And remember my friends for whos coats they have died. Ive killed only to eat, and never for gain, Unlike mankind whos Greed is so plain. But I am a Tiger so proud I will stand, Ill hold my chin high and remember my land. Now I end this long day filled with heartache and sorrow, For I am A Tiger and theres always Tomarrow. Rick Rader 2000
