LUNCHTIME WORKOUT We started our 5-4-5 Lunchtime Training and it went great! There is still time to sign up. You must commit to the entire 6-week program ($161.40) even if you have joined later in the month. These sessions are from 1215 to 1245 M-F from now through Oct 25. You will also receive a free small lunch of a fiber and protein serving (a banana and a protein shake, or a protein bar and an apple, or oatmeal and fruit, etc.) to carry you through the rest of your afternoon. The club doors will open at 12 for this program each day and we will start promptly at 1215 and finish right at 1245.
