Any background music to make clipping very attractive and impressive. You can interview any number of people,you can use visuals. You can edit for better quality. Minimum 3 minutes clippings and maximum 5 minutes. Videos with highest number of Viewers in Youtube will get the award. Creativity,Effectivity,Clear structured interview is important.But use your skills. Last date to upload to you tube: 30st may-2014.
