Ladies listen up - I had a new client today who needed gel polish removals which had been applied by another tech. Even after wrapping for 30 mins (my gel only needs 8 mins) they still would not budge - I had to literally file it all off. It turns out they had used BlueSky gel, which is the worst on the market. Please stay clear of this gel! What makes it even worse is that they promoted it as Shellac - it is not Shellac (CND Shellac took them to court to remove this from their bottle and won). My client was surprised to see me disinfecting all my tools before and after use - this should be the norm no matter where you go! Please dont be afraid to ask if your tech is qualified, what brand they use or question them if they fail to sanitise their tools. Stay safe :) x
