Last Call for Education Students who wants to be part of the ECO Election. Please be reminded that the filing of certificate of candidacy is until tomorrow only March 22, 2014 . 9A.M- 3:00P.M at 4th Floor Educ Hall. Qualifications: 1. Must be a Bona Fide student of PLP and College of Education. 2. Must create a group with 8 candidates for the position of PRES., VICE PRES, SECRETARY, TREASURER, AUDITOR, PRO 1 AND 2, BUSINESS MANAGER 3. Incoming 4th year students are not allowed to run for the position of PRES., SECRETARY AND TREASURER. 4. No Failing Grades for the 1st Semester, 2nd Semester A.Y 2013-2014, and must not be an Irregular Student. 5. Must seek a Certificate of Good Moral and a SIGNED CLEARANCE coming from the DSA Office. 6. Any student who wants to be a candidate must not be a member or officer of other organization. Students who wish to be part of the said election and a member/officer of other organization must seek a RECOMMENDATION LETTER signed by the Dean and ECO Adviser. Note: Certificate of Candidacy will be given by the ECO Pres., VP or Secretary. Requirements: Please complete the following before requesting for the COC. 1. Photocopy of OSL for 1st and 2nd Sem-A.Y 2013-2014. 2. Photocopy of Grades/ Class Card for the 1st Semester. 3. Certificate of Good Moral and Signed Clearance from the DSA Office. (to follow) 4. For Members/ Officer of other Organization: Recommendation Letter duly signed by the ECO Adviser and College Dean. 5. List of Platform 6. 2 pcs. 2x2 picture (any background color) 7.
