BOUTIQUE/PACKET PICK-UP LOCATION: St Augustine Amphitheater 1340C A1A St Augustine, FL 32080 BOUTIQUE/PACKET PICK-UP HOURS: - Saturday, December 6, 2014 -- 10:00 am – 4:30 pm* Please look-up and remember your bib number before coming to the Boutique. In order to allow someone else to pick up on your behalf, you must give the person a physical copy of your photo ID and a completed Packet Pick-up Authorization Form (completed and signed by you). The form can be found in the Final Race Instructions email: conta.cc/1vdIdGv *Although packet pick-up will be open until 4:30pm on Saturday, we highly suggest arriving before 3:30pm. The amphitheater has booked another event on Saturday evening so our vendors must start breaking down at 3:30pm. If you want to have time to walk around and shop, please plan to arrive early.* ------------------------------------- IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION FOR TODAY If you are planning on coming to packet pickup this morning or early afternoon please try to avoid traveling through downtown St. Augustine. There is a Christmas parade that may affect your route. This should only affect those coming from the north. If you missed online registration, you can sign-up in person at the Health & Fitness Boutique today from 4:00pm - 7:00pm or tomorrow, 12/6 from 10:00am - 3:30pm. There is no registration on race morning. Registration fees at the Health & Fitness Boutique will be $120 for the half marathon and $75 for the 5K. Limited shirt sizes are available for late registrants. -------------------------------------- INFORMATION FOR TOMORROW (RACE DAY!) START TIMES: Half marathon: wave 1 - 7:15am; wave 2 - 7:17am 5K: 7:30am ------------ RACE LOCATION: St. Johns County Ocean Pier 350 A1A Beach Blvd St. Augustine, FL 32080 There is NO on-site parking. Please refer to the section below for important parking information. ------------ IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION: Due to the location of the start & finish lines, there will be no on-site parking at St. Johns County Ocean Pier. Designated event parking will be available at the locations listed below. The parking areas are approximately 4 miles away so participants & spectators will be shuttled from the parking areas to/from the race site. This service is available free of charge. From the NORTH on US1: Ponce De Leon Mall 2121 Us Highway 1 S St Augustine, FL 32086 Follow the event parking signs and enter using the main mall entrance. From the SOUTH on US1: Flagler Hospital 400 Health Park Blvd St Augustine, FL 32086 Follow the event parking signs and enter using the main hospital entrance. Event parking at the hospital will be in LOT C. SHUTTLE TIMES: Shuttle service to the race site starts at 5:00am, with the last shuttle leaving to the race site at 6:45am. If you miss the last shuttle to the start, you will miss the race. Return shuttles back to the parking areas will begin service at 8:00am and run continuously until 11:30am. IMPORTANT: ALL CARS MUST BE PARKED BY 6:40AM! We highly recommend that you plan to arrive between 5:00am and 6:20am to avoid traffic entering the parking areas. Anyone arriving after 6:40am may not make the start of the race. Late starts will not be allowed- no exceptions!
