Last year I weighed myself and I weighed in at 92kgs, diet was unhealthy, exercise was minimal and I was very self concious. Slowly I staryed to change my diet and exercise slowly from walking to bicycle riding and few weight training sessions in the park. I know in 2014 my current weight status is 84kgs. My diet has more then approved and exercising is on a regular basis, I am feeling alot more confident mentally and physically. Happy Monday
