Last year this time I became a Lil sick. Im a type 2 diabetic. Dont really like to tell everyone my business but been reflecting lately. Everyday I have to deal with this illness. Its a strain but I know what can happen if I dont. Lose a kidney stroke heart attacks cut off limbs etc. Its hard to maintain but I need a lifestyle change as far as my diet goes. I do ok but not consistent. But it scares me everyday. People see me I look ok lost weight but numbers are still off at times. I go to doctors soon on the 13th. Hopefully Im fine. Nothing like ur body deteriorating on the inside.
