Interviews will be held: Thursday 20th November. Monday - Friday 17:00 – 21:00 Saturday & Sunday 08:00 – 11:00 We are looking for a Weight Room Assistant to supervise the day-to-day running of the free-weights gym at Worthing Leisure Centre. Duties include monitoring and managing entry into the gym together with ensuring the suitable workout etiquette of users. Applicants will need to be experienced in fitness programme writing, as you will be required to write weights programmes where requested. You will also be required to manage the cleanliness and health and safety of the gym. Knowledge of weights and a level 2 Fitness qualification is essential for this post. The role will report to the Fitness and Wellbeing Coordinator and the Fitness Manager. Applicants must be available for duties within the working hours specified. This post will normally be based at Worthing Leisure Centre, Worthing; however the post holder may be required to work at any of the division’s facilities according to the demands of the post, or at the discretion of the management team.
