Law School News: University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (Reported by Vatsal Kishore) Prof. (Dr.) Tabrez Ahmad has taken up the charge as Director of University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (College of Legal Studies). A distinguished name in the legal fraternity, Prof. Ahmad was the Founding Director of the Alliance College of Law, Bangalore and Durgapur Institute of Legal Studies, Burdwan. Currently, a Member of the Canadian Center of Science and Education and Indian Society of Victimology. Prof. Ahmad also contributes as a Guest Faculty to Biju Pattanaik State Police Academy, Bhubaneswar. He is the founder of Technolex India, a pioneering content aggregator dedicated to the area of IP Law and Cyber Law, and holds an extensive experience of teaching at various eminent universities across the country.
