Lean ground beef stuffed peppers with brown rice and low fat moz cheese. 2lbs of lean ground beef 3 bell peppers 1/2 chopped white onion 1 package of Kraft low-fat moz 1 cup of brown rice 2 cups of tomato sauce 2 cups of multigrain pasta (optional) Preheat oven to 350 Brown ground beef on both sides and drain grease. Mix in cooked rice and tomato sauce. Make sure the mixture is not too soggy. Dice bell peppers either in halves or just the tops. Discard the pepper membranes. Add beef/onion/rice/sauce in each pepper. Top with moz cheese! Bake for 25 mins or until cheese is melted.. Cooking the pasta as a side is optional but suggested.
