Left: Got into pose from side crow, twisted scissors, then down and over. Right: Downward Facing Dog, shift weight forward, place right knee onto right tricep and chin goes down onto the mat. Left leg comes off the mat then the right one follows - This way worked better thanks to Kelly Green. Ah its the little things in yoga class that mean the most ;) Paige Held - yall are fabulous.
