Leia & Luke Update (GRRALL #0352 & #0353) Painfully sad. Leia and Luke were rescued by GRRALL from a hoarding situation. Their littermates were then diagnosed with Parvo, most did not survive, and then Luke and Leia broke with Parvo. Our sweet babies were already in the care of GRRALL so were immediately moved to isolation at our vet. Their survival was uncertain for a while, and very difficult for the volunteers who stayed by their side, but miraculously they both lived. The aftermath of their very short lives is both puppies are phenomenally terrified of everything. Leia and Luke will need very special and dedicated homes where they can learn confidence and basic training and to forget their horrible past and move forward to the life they were meant to have.
