Less than 6 degrees of separation. The Guinea Arts Cooperative launched today! Please like the page. Its been set up as a collaborative effort between Guinean artists (and their families here in Seattle) to raise money for getting beyond the ebola outbreak. The lack of tourism in Guinea is greatly effecting their network of family and friends ability to make money for food and medicine. Peeps are hungry! Plus, several have suffered from the disease directly. There will be workshops in Spring 2015 as well as 2 concerts in March 2015 to raise money. People can also donate directly to the cause through the Guinea Arts Cooperative website--also launched today!-- guineaarts.org
