DAK holds protest against Chattergam killings SACH NEWS Srinagar, Nov 07: President Doctors Association Kashmir (DAK) Dr Nisar ul Hassan in a statement said that Doctors and paramedics of Kashmir hospitals today held protest against Chattergam killings by wearing black bands. The statement reads, The brutal innocent civilian killings by Indian Army are outrageous and intolerable. Indian security forces are slaughtering civilians in Kashmir and show wanton disregard to humanity. Indian troops in Kashmir have unleashed a reign of terror and people are in a state of constant fear. Killing of youth by security forces is a vendetta against them for raising voice against atrocities inflicted on Kashmiris. We cannot see this bloodbath. We cannot see our youth being killed in cold blooded murder. We have a responsibility to protest against this bloodshed to do the least. Indian troops in Kashmir are committing gross human rights violations under cover of black laws and their ghastly crimes are legitimized by Indian state. International Human Rights Council is duty bound to prevent Indian troops from civilian killings in Kashmir and hold them accountable for crimes against humanity. Sd/ Spokesperson
