Let me Show You How Wicked this Man is to get money forever.........In the late 1800s there was something called the Dawes rolls What is the Dawes Rolls? It was by the Dawes Commission. The Commission, authorized by United States Congress in 1893, was required to negotiate with the Five Civilized Tribes to convince them to agree to an allotment plan($) and dissolution of the reservation system. One of the consequences was the creation of rolls of the members of the five tribes (Cherokee, Choctaw, Creek, Chickasaw, and Seminole). The rolls were needed to assign the allotments and to provide an equitable division of all monies obtained. Basically to give Money. Land , allotments to the Indians for slaughter Many Africans who were by nature Indians because an Indian is just an African past through time, the further back you go, the darker they are however because of this entitlement to these benefits The Government knew the Indians were African, and did NOT want the Africans to get these benefits so for the darker ones they created a separate Freeman List specifically for Black people. They also listed any full blooded Native American with dominant skin or Africoid features as Black because they did not want them to get those benefits either....So heres what they do; At the same time They Allow Whites to come in a pay under the Table to be labeled and listed as Native American. When Whites found out the Land, and benefits the Blacks, Indians, etc was going to get or entitled to they went to the Dawes Commission and Got their name Placed on the list getting rid of the Blacks and them and their Children would get Money forever from this fund, It was called the $5 dollar Indian rule Because it cost $5 to get your name on the list....Thats why if you look at Active Native Americans today over 90% of them ARE NOT Native American or American Indian.
