Let me defend #WalangForever by saying that forever doesnt necessarily give us hope. It actually gives us false hopes, fantasy. Lets face it. We are all extinct, as well as the people and the things we love and care for. #WalangForever is a reminder that tomorrow is not ours until it comes thus we cannot procrastinate. We have to seize every moment. Moreover, #WF ironically and subliminally gives us hope. Dahil #WalangForever, hindi ka forever alone. Hindi ka forever friendzoned. Hindi ka forever estudyante at mappressure magreview tuwing exams. It gives us hope that the darkest hours are not there to stay forever, a hope that our hardship today will one day turn into crown we will wear upon our head.
