Let me give you guys a tip. When entering a home based business, its important to get plugged in with your team and the system. Allow me to elaborate..... Most teams have Facebook groups, training calls or hangouts and other events. Get connected and get involved with EVERYTHING thats going on. Dont just be a spectator. No one ever gets recognized and has success by being a spectator. If youre in a Facebook group, then interact, welcome others, like posts, share things and show support. If your team does training calls, be on every single one of them and help spread the word to your team. If your team does local events, be at every single one of them and help promote them. In order to WIN you must fully be in the game. I repeat, you WILL NOT succeed by being a spectator. In the occasions where there is a Facebook group for your team, if there is lets say 1,000 people in the group but the same 30 are always commenting, liking and sharing ideas, then you have 970 spectators. Chances are, those 970 people wont succeed. Its not that they wont succeed because they didnt comment and interact, its because theyre not plugged in into whats going on. When youre not plugged in into something, subconsciously you start to drift off and not care about it. And thats a HUGE mistake. Especially if youre looking to make some money with the business youre in. Facebook is a TOOL we use to help keep everyone plugged in, stay connected and up to date with the latest information of the team. We all know the importance of communication in business but if you arent connecting with your team then youre slowly dying. In business terms of course lol. It took me some time to realize this when I first got involved in the industry and boy did my results change as I started getting plugged in with what was going on. And Im not the only one that this has happened to. Dont take this tip lightly. It literally transformed my life by getting plugged in. Really understand what Im saying and lets make the rest of our lives the BEST of our lives
