Let me help you with some perspective and hopefully you can achieve an understanding of sorts... Imagine that Canada has seized the US and is setting up its new Capitol in St. Louis, or Chicago... and everyone living in the middle of the US has been pushed east or west. On the East side all people are forced from their homes and moved into New England. On the West everyone is forcibly moved into California. No one is allowed to go to home and work without crossing at least 2 or 3 military checkpoints and are constantly harassed and abused. Next Canada tires of our fighting back with rocks, a few bullets and suicide bombings... they build walls around New England and California. Our resistance continues... In response to these acts of terrorism we are committing against Canada they decide to defend themselves and airstrikes begin in California routinely in neighborhoods. Our coast is blockaded and all roads in and out are walled and shut down. There is no where to go. Your children are killed in the next air strike... You hear on the CBC news that Americans should just accept Canada as their new nation and stop all the terrorist attacks. With me yet?
