Let the celebrations begin! Thoughts on turning 66... Somehow theres been an exchange...someone has left a grandmas body in mine...my brain hasnt aged in tune with my body and it keeps trying to psych me out that I can do all the things I did twenty...thirty...and forty years ago. Yet I am grateful for the lessons, experience and memories that are in tune with six decades plus that I have been on earth. Who knew on September 9th, 1948 that a baby girl would be born in Oakland, California who would create a legacy through several children, dozens of grandchildren and now great grandchildren? I am so grateful to God for the things that you cannot buy - health, freedom, relationships and love... and for the gift of the years to treasure this abundance. Thank you for being part of my life!
