Let’s Do Church- Why is your church, your local church, your congregation in existence? If you do not know the answer to that question, it is time to examine yourselves as a congregation and find out why you are here. I have no question that God has a purpose for every local church. But I do question whether or not some church have thought much lately about why they exist. I believe God expects us to know why and what He sees in your and my congregation that is a part of His plan. People who need to come to Christ and have a relationship with Him through the church are positively impressed when the people of a local church knows and can state why they exist and what the Lord is trying to do through them.
