Liberate Ziyad Yaghi Campaign , Collective Consciousness and sister Laila Yaghi will make another attempt at the #USSupremeCourt to free brother #ZiyadYaghi. As an author, rights activist, former political lobbyist, teacher, journalist, and more; perusing the transcripts meticulously several times convinced me that -without doubt - brother #ZiyadYaghi is innocent. And because the #ZiyadYaghi debacle comprises of the media sensationalized Raleigh Jihad group, the venerable principles of justice is being strangled into suffocation in order to maintain a pillar of the justification for the monster, War Of Terrorism. For the US Supreme Court to do the right thing, it must admit that the ghost scare that led to the unfortunate wrongful conviction of brother #ZiyadYaghi was in fact, unrealistic and unjustified. Just as it is for Islamophobia. Therein lays so much tribulations for the Liberate Ziyad Yaghi Campaign and other American Muslims in pursuit of American justice. I will say that there is no evidence to substantiate the accusations by the US governments War Of Terrorism machinery against brother Ziyad. The dubious evidence touted in the court -by a Federal prosecutor who described his occupation at his university graduation as a crusader on a mission for Jesus - was at most; exaggerations of brother #ZiyadYaghi s thoughts and associations. Even the prosecutions lead witness - after a plea agreement - testified brother #ZiyadYaghi had nothing to do with any conspiracy to commit terrorism. That is unconstitutional! That is against international human rights laws- most specifically- the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the late Eleanor Roosevelt!! That is injustice!!! What concerns me also despite the injustice by an Alien and Sedition microcosm hyped up on steroids is that brother #ZiyadYaghi s convictions was blatantly unfairly racist! Other white American citizens have said far worse without trial and conviction. And their cases are publicly available in the US news for all to see. We have only began to fight. And we wont stop despite the farce gossamer Don Quixote Book verdicts. The West ponders why their foreign policy fails in the Middle East? The first African American abolitionist - David Walker - had the answer. You must do justice at home, before you can do justice abroad. Justice is too precious a principle for humans to ignore. Do the right thing!
