Regardless of the magnitude of this change, this idea is antithetical to the driving purpose of the underlying legislation. I admit that the former head of the IMF was a troubled man who violated women across the globe. I do not slander him when I say that he treated his agency like a private brothel. Those are the sentiments of the French public and prosecutor not mine. That being said if you know the new person who took his place that person you will love. The person grew up right down the block in New York State. The person left blood. sweat, and tears in the water at many Olympic competitions. Then that person walked up and down Michigan Avenue in Chicago for years doing battle as in advocate in many of Americas courtrooms. I have tracked that persons agency and measured that persons performance and commitment to duty. I have read every financial report the person has issued. While my reading of the agencys financial papers my not be your reading, from what I see for every dollar, yen, and euro that agency has spent their has been a 100 fold return on your investment. On this issue Ted Cruz Rand Paul are wrong. No one is perfect. Perfection and clairvoyance are not the tests we ought to subject our representatives too.
