Life and Times of Prof F. S. Idachaba (Former Vice Chancellor of the Kogi state University, Anyigba) Prof Francis S. Idachaba (OFR) is the Founding President of the F. S. Idachaba Foundation for Research and Scholarship (IFRES). He obtained his B.Sc. from the University of Ibadan and subsequently MA. from the University of Chicago and PhD from the Michigan State University. He is an Agricultural Economist, with several publications to his credit. He served as the Pioneer Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi. Recently he was asked to assist in repositioning the Kogi State University as the Vice Chancellor of the University. He has since completed his tenure. He holds a D.Sc. (Honoris Causa) from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. RIP Prof!
