He bought this last week, and then turns around and opens a case saying the item sent was not the item i pictured and that is was damaged, and requested a full refund. As you can clearly see by the picture, the board is damaged during shipping but there is ZERO damage to the book. This is why I use custom cut boards for my books to protect against corner dings.
