Living with the pain syndrome: Pain has levels, types and regions. In another life I worked as an artist model at Art Center School Of Design. There was a very angry foundations instructor there that had the personality of a root canal. After years of denial he had his hearing checked and found that he almost totally deaf. He received a hearing aid and it was like meeting him for the first time. A completely changed, happy human being. That was one kind of pain. Even worse is the physical pain we live with for years. That diminishes the quality of life. With age comes foot, ankle, knee, back, neck and a host of internal maladies. Like a computer operating systems applications its always in the background, that on a scale of 1 to 10 is about a 5. The brain is a wonderful machine and allows us to function in spite of great physical obstacles. Sometimes the pain is there so long that we forget its present until we try to relax or sleep. Old Tylenol Tylenol. Come forth Tylenol. To sleep perchance to dream. Living with pain is no fun. Use the AFC act to help yourself to a better pain free life.
