Look what Jesus Christ has ALREADY done for us!!! Ephesians 5:25-27 For husbands, this means love your wives, just as Christ loved the church. He gave up his life for her to make her holy and clean, washed by the cleansing of God’s word. He did this to present her to himself as a glorious church without a spot or wrinkle or any other blemish. Instead, she will be holy and without fault. I am so grateful for the power of Jesus blood. He died for everyone and His free gift of salvation is for everyone. All we have to do is choose to believe and receive it. How simple is that!! When He washes our sins away, we become His spotless, blameless, blemish free bride…standing before Him as holy and without fault. Thats who we are IN Christ Jesus. Thats the GOOD NEWS! Theres no working for it, begging for it, pleading forgiveness for it…..its ALREADY DONE. Thats the amazing FINISHED work of Jesus on the cross. Enjoy this Christmas season and celebrate His birth with great joy and confidence.
