Lookin to get some more JUNK in the TRUNK? Theyre the biggest muscle of the body and yet most people have tight inflamed and weak butt muscles... They are a major hip driver and stabiliser and people with strong glutes usually have excellent balance whilst people with small or tight butts typically dont balance as well. Strong glutes can make you much more explosively powerful as most of PT clients can tell you, when your butt is activated you can fly up stairs instead of feeling like youve hit the wall - legs burning and nothing left! A toned butt comes from a well developed glutes and since it is the biggest muscle of the body it not only raises hour metabolism more than any other muscle in the body but it makes you that much more powerful and athletic.
