Handyman Extraordinaire Full Time Position compensation: DOE Looking for a Handyman who has experience in the following field: *Drywall ( all aspects ) * Trim & cabinet installation * Paint * Tile Lead Mitigation Technician Full Time Position compensation: DOE Major Duties & Responsibilities: * Know and perform advanced techniques of Fire, Water & Mold Damage Restoration: * Make decisions on the proper action to mitigate emergency situations. * Perform position at high level while leading others. * Have a good knowledge of paperwork and office procedures in dealing with customers. * Act as a mentor to technicians. * Interact with office on Job Progress & paperwork. * Lead a crew to oversee small to large-loss jobs. * Align job site activities to the project schedule. * Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform & well groomed. * Be available for On-Call & Emergencies. * Learn & Practice PDRs commitment to customer service. * Fill out paperwork properly. * Monitor loss & document readings. * Other Duties assigned by supervisor. Support Mitigation Technician Full Time Position Must have: * Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform & well groomed. * Positive attitude * Willingness to learn * Be available for On-Call & Emergencies. * Learn & Practice PDRs commitment to customer service. Pack-out/Cleaning Technician Full or Part Time positions Available Duties: * Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing debris. * Packing, cleaning and deodorizing content items that have experienced a fire or water damage. * Inventory content items that have experienced a fire or water damage. * On-site cleaning of structural surfaces of damaged site. * Transport content items from job site to branch location. * Perform assigned work in a timely manner and meet deadline. Pay is based on experience & training. Medical plan available, holiday & vacation pay. Must have: Clean MVR Reliable Transportation to and from work. We will provide company vehicle to and from jobs.
