Looking for a third roommate starting from 1st January through July 2015 (lease transfer). On Pines Avenue just across McGill gym, big apartment facing south with a great downtown skyline view, central air heating and cooling system, living room, kitchen, bathroom, long hallway, etc. There is a lounge sun deck on top of the building roof with an even greater view over the city and the mountain, bicycles depot and laundry in the basement. The room is spacious, it has a balcony and may be furnished. 550 + charges (20-40/month), it’s a really good price for the ghetto area. We are two guys, one undergrad and one phd student at McGill, we study in the house so we’re looking for somebody quiet during the week and who gets along well.
