Looking through old photos should be banned! I actually use to go out like that, I know I wasnt huge but I thought that looked good and to be honest I looked a state, what was I thinking, Ive worked hard and still am to achieve the target weight and size I want to be! I use to be the kind of person who said exercise doesnt work for me well I wasnt working hard enough clearly. If you want to loose weight or tone up then its all about you putting the effort in and achieving your goals. This photo was taken when I was at my biggest a year on and this is my transformation. Im proud of myself for loosing all this weight and I will not let anyone stand in the way of me achieving it!! Couldnt have done it without my family pushing me to get the body I want, so I want to thank them aswell!
