Looking to help people who want to become homeowners! If you are a homeowner, I would like to help you get a lower mortgage payment! Bad credit is okay - but will require willingness to improve your credit (free). The only catch is you must have a job, or be willing allow me to help you get one, as well as be able to hold a job (have to be able to pay a mortgage!). Having money in savings may not be necessary.
