Looking to loose weight, retuning to fitness after a break or an injury ? We have several clients at present that are on a 24 week weight management plan, the goal is to loose weight while improving fitness but without over training and helping to prevent injuries which can be avoided with the correct type of training, intensity and time. These session start with 30 minutes of exercise 3-4 times per week, time and intensity increases over the period of the program. clients dont need the instructor for the whole session so this makes it cost effective and flexible while still getting the support from Mark and Louise, Last week a new client started on this plan, their nutrition is already good so we only need to look at the training, 4 sessions later they have Already noticed how much better they feel in them selves and today they weighed in 1kg lighter than last week, they dont feel exhausted after training, they can continue with their daily life without exercise having a negative impact.
