Looking to sell my 1998 Ford Econoline Universal Conversion van - TopicsExpress

Looking to sell my 1998 Ford Econoline Universal Conversion van for $775. 168,xxx miles Located in Lake Stevens. Needs some TLC as reflected in the price but can be made a strong runner for minimal investment. Free tow anywhere within 15 miles of where it sits. Would make a great tour van for a mechanically inclined musician or somebody willing to toss a few hundred dollars at it post sale. The good: Passed block test. Super plush interior with rear entertainment including a marine am/fm tape deck, 13 CRT TV with easily accessable inputs. (DVD deck for TV is dead but replacements on amazon for $60 and if you can hook up a VCR at home you can manage the install), power inverter for music gear or hooking video games up to the TV (Ive run my audio whole rig minus the monitors off it if youve seen my rig), full brake overhaul less than 5,000 miles ago. Front Stereo has a very nice Kenwood app radio deck with handsfree calling, pandora, etc. The bad: expired tabs (will pass smog), I ran it out of gas before parking it 2 months ago, the front end is getting tired, will not hold coolant, likely coolant clog (replaced failed overflow tank then didnt bother to dig deeper). Drivers side door speaker has loose connection. Passenger front door only opens from inside. Electrical Gremlins in the electric locks. Im a motivated seller and anything above scrap value will be considered however I may choose to not include towing or the front stereo. Aside from the coolant issues all other quirks on the van can wait till you feel like dealing with em. It is a ford commercial vehicle so parts and labor are dirt cheap on it even at the dealership. Im only selling because I have too many vehicles and Im I can fit all my kids in the VWs now that my oldest doesnt need a car seat.
