Lord Jesus; We, as parents who also love our furbabies...humbly bring dear Marie, Rufus Mommy before Your Throne of Mercy and Healing. We know the feeling of utter despair, the agony of waking up and our furbabies at the hospital, not home with us..the joy that good news can bring, and the sinking, heart shattering feeling of bad news. We ask You, Lord Jesus, to give to Marie Your Peace that surpasses all understanding and fill her with it even now. To give her heart and soul rest from all that this terrible thing we call cancer has taken from her. We love Marie, and to me she is a superhero..an example for all to follow of how a parent should treat their furbabies..not dump them at a shelter if they are sick, or old, or not what the latest trend is. It is a life time commitment we make with them and with You..not a whim to be taken lightly. Marie has shown her true commitment to dear Rufus..and has been rewarded with his unconditional love. We thank You for Marie, Rufus, and Sienna.... we pray in Your Holy Name... Amen
