Lost a client to a better deal a few weeks ago. Just got a frantic call from them for me to explain THEIR costs because no one will return their calls. Ugh. So frustrating. Customer service and follow through are more important than some flashy sales pitch from someone that wants to be the highest producer in his/her office and not truly there for their clients. If you need a mortgage person that answers his phone and cares about his clients call me.
