Lost things found .... have you ever lost something, been tormented about the loss and prayed and prayed .... and then ... amazingly the lost is found. Your eyes are open to where you never realized it was, or there is a miracle ... a miracle where the item was definitely preserved by the Lord, not destroyed, was cared for, even in the snow, and there it is!! We had this happen a few days ago. It reminded me that the Lord loves us so much and cares about every little detail of our life. He will walk with us, guide us, help us find the lost ... and after all ... He found US!! Many years ago one of my children, who was then 2 found my contact lenses and played with them...these were tiny plastic hard disks in those days! I found my contact case empty after a couple of days and realized to my horror that they were gone, and so searched and searched and then prayed. The Lord prompted me to examine the vacuum cleaner contents. There was one!! It was intact and un-scratched. Then He prompted me to look under the edge of the braided rug in the dining room, and lo and behold, there was the second. We had walked over that area numerous times. The contact lense was again, unscratched and useable. These were the days when a pair of contact lenses cost $150....a pretty penny for us! As we enter the new year of 2015, be assured that He cares for you. He cares about every detail of your life. He will walk with you on your journey, whether there be mountains .... or valleys. Its an exciting journey and we dont have to be afraid.
