Love & Respect Dharma Pathni (wife). My wife and me were sitting by either sides of Bhagavan’s Lotus Feet. The occasion was the Holy moment of our re-marriage on my 60th Birthday. Swami had already created the Mangala Suthra, and was speaking about the significance of this event. Suddenly, my wife asked Swami’s permission to seek a clarification. I did not expect this. I lost my cool and shouted at her, how dare she is asking Swami like this. Without any control on myself I had raised my voice too much in Divine Presence, that too, inside Interview room. Swami gently patted on the backside of my head, and cautioned me to keep quite. Swami reprimanded me, “She is asking me something, and I will reply her. Why do you shout like this, especially in my very presence?.” Swami then turned to my wife and told her, “Will you have patience Lady? I shall answer all your questions, very soon”. Turning to other devotees, who had been blessed to be present in the interview, Swami spoke in English. “Every one here, Take it from me, in any house where there is no Love & Respect for Lady folks, in such houses, there will not be Peace and Prosperity. You may have all wealth and prosperity, but there will not be any peace. On the other hand, there could be peace, but there will not be Prosperity. “Kudho Dhanam? ”... Swami made Sanskrit quote. Meaning thereby, “ Where will be Dhanam, (wealth) which indicates Prosperity. “ Swami added, “Speak softly and sweetly. Do not disturb the Divine vibrations (positive vibes), in a home where you expect Swami’s subtle presence” Needless to say, Swami did answer the query raised by my wife, specifying some of the instance experienced by her on earlier occasions!!
