Love... taketh no account of evil (ASV), does not impute evil (Darby), does not keep record of wrongs (NHEB), never reckons up her wrongs (OEBCW) 1cor 13:5. If we truly believe that God is love and we believe his word, then how do we come up with such a thought that a believer looses his gift of eternal ife and goes to hell should he fail to confess it before death or the rapture? To come up with such a belief system or doctrine you have to throw away half of new testament revelation. And if you loose the life you got at salvation because of sin, then what makes it eternal? Or God didnt actually mean eternal? Keep sin far away from you, abhor even the thought of it. But if you sin, rise up from the mud and clean your conscience by the word, throw up your holy hands and proclaim at the roof top that you are righteous and truly holy and that despite your mistake you know that you are seated with Christ in heavenly places far above sin, condemnation and its consequences . you have not received a gift of temporary or momentary salvation but eternal salvation.
