Loyalty Product Manager – Cape Town Outputs / Core Tasks •Design engagement and rewards programmes aiming to drive specific consumer behaviours and outcomes e.g. persistency, cross-sell, risk management, etc. •Influence business clients to accept recommendations. •Setting up complex measurements and analysis of results. •Use customer engagement and rewards programs to deliver measurable improvement in key business drivers at a net benefit to company. •Track rigorously the impact and economics of these interventions against control groups. •Use test-and-learn methodologies to continuously improve product design and business outcomes. Qualifications •4 year degree in an analytical discipline (Actuarial Science, Engineering, B.Sc.Hons. in Mathematics or Statistics, etc.) with a strong mathematical component. Experience/Knowledge •5 years relevant experience in the following areas: oFinancial services product development oQuantitative analysis oManagement consulting oConsumer insights (quants) •Exposure to marketing, consumer behaviour and behavioural finance. •Understanding of life and short term insurance and savings businesses. •Understanding of Loyalty Programmes. •Functional knowledge base in Statistics.
