Lyndsey Collins WARNING TO ALL HORSE OWNERS: When out competing please be vigiliant of your horses. I was at Royal Leisure this morning competing, we were apporached by two Eastern European males in the showground car park who started to talk to us in their language whilst taking photographs of my horse and horsebox. When challenged on what they were doing, they then tried to grap my horses mouth to check his teeth, fortunately we managed to usher them away. They then jumped into a Ford Mondeo (reg: YC52 GEY) and left the showground. Prior to coming over to us they had been caught inspecting another horses mouth which was tied to a box. I can only imagine they are photographing horses in order to steal to order, checking their teeth for their age and taking vehicle resgistrations to trace back to where the horse is kept. They were reported to the showground and will not be allowed in again but this wont stop them going to other competitions. Please share this with others.
