M-climber Drill: Lets get this weekend off to a #fasterfitterstronger start with mountain Climbers (or m-climbers). Start in pushup position, hands directly under under shoulders. Hips level with back and a solid ab contraction. Legs extended strait with your Glutes ( butt ) Lift one foot off the ground and draw that knee towards your chin. When your knee can no longer get any closer to your chin, push it back to start position. As the first leg is returning to its start position, start to lift the opposite foot. Repeat the process and you will begin to feel as if you are running in your Pushup position The key with this drill is to maintain a strong push-up position and move the leg as fast as possible.
