MAAJABU YA MUSA: Two grannies caught feasting on roasted dog meat Turkana: Shock engulfed Nayanae-emeyan village in in Turkana West Sub County after villagers pounced on two elderly women feasting on dog’s meat. Villagers found the two women feeding on roasted dog meat in a hut prompting them to alert the local administrator Turkana West Sub County Police Commander Jonathan Ngala confirm the incident. Mr Ngala said a local administrator accompanied by villagers impounded two roasted dogs after they stormed the hut of the suspects in a makeshift house in the village. The Police commander said they have impounded the meat wrapped in a polythene bag. He said the women were being interrogated why they feasted on dogs. The area OCPD added that initial reports show that women whose aged between 60 and 70 admitted that they eat dogs due to hunger pangs.
