MANY THANKS Friday, 1st of August, Manchester, An Evening with Sylvester Stallone Another amazing show with Sly who is one of the nicest and down to earth superstars you will ever meet! You ca tell and feel that Sly truly, genuinely loves his fans and loves being on stage and talking to the audience. Such an inspirational character to so many people but still so humble and approachable, it is an absolute pleasure to work with him. AMAZING show, and we have so many people to thank to. As Sly was slightly delayed on his way to Manchester by the heavy traffic which affected so many of us on the day, we had the lovely and amazingly talented Susan Black which we literally pushed on stage to entertain the audience. It is not easy for a performer to do that but Susan was great, just her amazing voice and a guitar and onto stage in front of an anxious 3000 strong crowd screaming for Sly. Thank you Susan! Part of our epic intro was MiC LOWRY a 5 piece boy band from Liverpool: Ben, Kaine, Akia, Delleile and Michael. The boys performed 2 acapella tracks, amazing harmonies and stage presence, we were so lucky to have them! Thank you MiC LOWRY boys! In the VIP area we also had live music which did not go unnoticed: Keegan and Harrison & Chris Barr performed for the VIP guests amazing acoustic sets. Thank you boys! A huge thank you to the Marines for the impact created with their presence: abseiling on stage and escorting Sly who was so impressed, like a scene of the Expendables! Next is our host, Sandro Monetti who was absolutely great on the night! Hollywood to Manchester, master class! Thank you Sandro! Phones 4U Arena in Manchester, we have here a great production / tech team who looked after the event and not to forget the security team! Everybody worked really hard and they deserve a BIG Thank you! Sly’s personal security team Safe and Sound, fronted by Silas Freeman they looked after the entire team and made sure we all made it back home safe. Thank you guys!
