Ferdinand Marcos is a MAN OF PEACE Because he was respected the rule of the Law during the period on Martial Law,ensured due Process of Law and the Protection of human Rights as embodied in his Letter of instruction No.772,1125-A and 1211. He did not implement a Death Penalty to a Filipino People during and after Martial Law. Madam Imelda Marcos : Theres no Filipino was executed even He was convicted with murder , raped or convicted with a death sentence.. walang PILIPINO. Thats what Martial Law can be proud about . It was a compassionate society and benevolent leadership. You know, Pres.
