MARGARET "PATSY" LANES RHOADES Margaret “Patsy” Lane Rhoades, 62, of 241 Larue Road in Princeton died Monday, September 2, 2013 at the residence of her nephew, Bobby Shelton and wife Gail in Princeton. Born March 19, 1951 in Elkton, MD she was the daughter of the late Oliver Gill and Nellie Rose Gill. Margaret was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Lancaster, PA and recently moved to the Princeton area from Pelion, SC. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Gill and Daniel Gill; and three sisters, Marthalean Jackson, Pansy Swimmer, and Janie Gill. Survivors include one daughter, Charlene Coble of Shady Springs, WV; one granddaughter, Heather Coble; two sisters, Betty Chadwick and husband Harry of Elkton, MD and Flora Shelton of Princeton; one brother, Moses Gill of Princeton; and several nieces and nephews. In keeping with Margaret’s wishes her body has been cremated. A Time of Visitation followed by a Memorial Service will be conducted from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM, Saturday, September 7, 2013 at the Trinity Baptist Church, 591 Hinton Rd. Rt. 3, Shady Springs, WV with Pastor Danny Winders officiating. At Margaret’s request, please dress casually “Come As You Are”. On line condolences may be sent by visiting seaverfuneralservice.
