MAS Administrator Rogers has announced changes in the hours that MAS is open to the public: Noon to 5 pm, Tuesday – Saturday. That is nine FEWER hours that MAS is open to the public, making it very difficult for rescues to photograph and network animals and for owners to find their lost pets!
