MASSACHUSETTS (Boston Suburbs) Physician Assistant – Orthopaedics (EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!) Job Description: Established Single Specialty Group of Orthopaedic Surgeons seek to add another full-time Physician Assistant. This group handles sports (knee and shoulders), general and fracture cases. The position is mostly clinic based and includes a half a day in the OR. Call is paid. The new PA will provide some surgical first assist (if desired), casting, pins, H&P’s, consultation and patient evaluation, injections, order diagnostic testing, writing scripts and reviewing labs results in both a clinic and office setting. Successful candidate should be NCCPA-certified. Previous orthopaedic experience is required. The group will train a new graduate with a strong desire for orthopaedics and prior PT experience! The new PA must have excellent interpersonal skills and have a great work ethic. Candidates must have some ties to the New England area. The location is within a beautiful suburb of Boston. Salary is open (depends on experience), plus a production bonus plan. In addition there is paid call. There are four weeks of vacation.
